About Us

The Chilliwack Agricultural Society is a non-profit organization that has been in existence since 1872. The primary function of the Chilliwack Agricultural Society is to host a community agricultural special event for the residents of Chilliwack and the Fraser Valley.

The Chilliwack exhibition consists of many different events and competitions such as livestock shows, crafts, floral, hobbies, and many other exciting types of entertainment for everyone.

Approximately three months before the fair a "Prize Book" is distributed that lists the sections and classes available for an exhibitor to enter. This book is also put online usual in March of the same year. An entry form is then required for an exhibitor to enter their desired classes. There are many different sections to enter such as hobbies, art, floral, baking, and photography. The fair also includes a huge livestock &
4-H show.

The Agricultural Society has expanded greatly since 1872, and now is one of the biggest community agricultural events, in the Lower Mainland.
